the remote and little known rice terraces of yuanyang county in china’s yunnan province were built by the hani people along the contours of ailao mountain range during the ming dynasty five hundred years ago. the terraces, once planted during the early spring season, are then irrigated with spring water from the forest above, which reflect sunlight to create the images seen here.
I think it is pretty obvious by now that I love Pokemon, in fact just tonight I was watching Pokemon: Indigo League on Netflix, but that is beside the point. These incredibly detailed paper Pokemon are awesome! I completely envy anyone that takes the time to put this much detail into their work.
This is by far one of the best fox mounts I’ve ever seen! A totally unique yet natural pose (I’ve watched foxes lick their paws just like this) and the attention to detail is wonderful, especially the position of the ears which are spot on for the pose. Clearly a very skilled taxidermist who knows their subject!
